The paper analyzes the current state of career guidance in Ukraine, identifying challenges such as weak school-business collaboration, limited student awareness of career opportunities, and the absence of a systematic national policy.
Drawing on European experiences, particularly from Poland and the UK, the article proposes measures to improve career guidance in Ukraine, including the development of school career counseling, partnerships between education and industry, integration of practical activities into curricula, and the use of digital career platforms.
