The water fund of Ukraine in communication with the development of various directions of aquaculture is presented.Considered the reasons of falling of volumes of manufacture of fish products, among which it is necessary to highlight the absence of a state grant support and preferential crediting of fishery enterprises as agricultural producers, the outrunning growth of prices for the production resources, loss of cultural production from the departure of skilled workers. The revival ways of the fishing-industrial complex of Ukraine are offered.
