Abstract:
In connection with the annual reduction in the number of offspring of Russian sturgeon and the deterioration of their quality, the issue of the formation of the uterine herd of offspring is gaining some importance, which is associated with the lifetime production of eggs. In order to improve the technology of obtaining caviar from females of Russian sturgeon, it is desirable to anesthetize, which reduces the resistance of fish and, accordingly, its trauma, as well as for the overall simplification of the process. In order to study this issue, namely the lifelong production of eggs, females were anesthetized with the drug Hula, which allowed to obtain some information about the action of the anesthetic drug depending on the weight of the females. The study of the action of the anesthetic in methodological terms involved irrigation with a drug diluted with saline directly to the gills of females. Experiments show that the use of the drug Hula by irrigating the solution at a concentration of 1: 5 directly to the gills of females at a rate of 1 cm3 / individual can reduce trauma to females, which contributes to the preservation of particularly valuable material - sturgeon breeds.
В зв'язку зі щорічним скороченням кількості плідників російського осетра та погіршення їх якості набувають певної ваги питання формування маточного стада плідників, що пов'язано з прижиттєвим отриманням ікри. З метою удосконалення технології при отриманні ікри від самиць російського осетра бажаним є анестезування, що сприяє зниженню опору риби і відповідно її травматизації, а також для загального спрощення процесу. З метою вивчення цього питання, а саме прижиттєвого отримання ікри, самиць анастезували препаратом Хуlа, що дозволило отримати певну інформацію відносно дії анастезуючого препарату в залежності від маси самиць. Вивчення дії анестетика у методичному плані передбачало зрошення препаратом, розбавленим фізіологічним розчином безпосередньо зябер самиць. Проведені досліди свідчать, що використання препарату Хуlа шляхом зрошування розчином в концентрації 1:5 безпосередньо зябер самиць з розрахунку 1 см3/особину дозволяє зменшити травматизацію самиць, що сприяє збереженню особливо цінного матеріалу - плідників риб родини осетрових.
