У статті досліджено теоретичні, концептуальні та методичні підходи до формування конкурентних переваг. Визначено складові основного набору конкурентних переваг аграрних підприємств. Досліджено сфери формування конкурентних переваг аграрних підприємств та удосконалено їх класифікацію. Розглянуто три основні напрями здобуття конкурентних переваг. Визначено та узагальнено стратегічні основи формування конкурентних переваг аграрних підприємств.
The article studies the theoretical, conceptual and methodological approaches to the formation of competitive advantages. The constituents of the core set of competitive advantages of agricultural enterprises. Investigated the sphere of formation of competitive advantages of agricultural enterprises and improved their classification. Three main areas of competitive advantage. Identified and summarized the strategic basis of formation of competitive advantages of agricultural enterprises.
