Наукове дослідження присвячене проблемам формування комунікативної компетентності фахівців економічного напряму. Розглянуто комплекс методів формування мовної і мовленнєвої культури майбутніх спеціалістів економічного сектору. У дослідженні позначено основні засади спілкування, спираючись на які, можна оволодіти необхідними комунікативними уміннями. Проаналізовано найважливіші пізнавальні методи комунікативної культури: метод самостійного навчання (самоосвіта), інформаційно-рецептивний, проблемний методи і метод евристичної бесіди. Досліджено елементи, які відіграють важливу роль у формуванні мислення майбутніх фахівців економічного напряму. Доведено, що педагогічні методи необхідно добирати з урахуванням дидактичної мети, характеру і змісту навчального матеріалу.
Observations on the process of communication, the study of the psychological and sociological nature of communication, give an opportunity to find out pedagogical conditions for improving and improving the process of linguistic culture, determine the communicative competence of specialists in economic direction. Through the experiments we came to the conclusion that the main and important task of education and education is the education of an individual capable of self-regulation and self-expression by means of words, linguistic means of different levels. The peculiarities of the formation of the communicative competence of economic experts are a topical issue and determined the purpose of our scientific exploration. The complex of methods of formation of linguistic and speech culture of future specialists of economic sector is considered. The study outlines the basic principles of communication, based on which, you can master the necessary communication skills. The most important cognitive methods of communicative culture are analyzed: the method of self-study (self-education), information-receptive, problematic methods and the method of heuristic conversation. Elements that play an important role in shaping the thinking of future economic experts are investigated. It is proved that pedagogical methods should be selected taking into account the didactic purpose, nature and content of the educational material. It is noted that the communicative culture of future specialists-economists is one of the leading factors of their successful professional activity, which is provided with knowledge of linguistic and ethical rules and rules, awareness of their own communicative potential, opportunities to interest a partner in receiving services, to predict communicative interaction and to make optimum interaction specific situation form. In order to develop the communicative competence of specialists in the economic sector, it is necessary to choose methods that stimulate the active development of vocational and communicative competences during educational and training activities in higher education. In the set of methods of forming the communicative culture of future specialists of economic direction, three groups are distinguished as appropriate: cognitive, training and control methods.
