У статті наведено результати досліджень генеалогічної структури, характеристик росту і розвитку племінного складу та молодняку в віці 4 років і старше різних ліній коней української верхової породи. Визначено відповідність параметрів поголів’я господарства до планових вимог та мінімальних для класу «еліта» за основними промірами (висотою в холці, обхватом грудей, обхватом п’ястка) та бонітувальними ознаками: походженням, типом, екстер’єром, роботоздатністю. Доведено, що представлене поголів’я мало високий ступінь консолідації за основними ознаками.
The article presents the results of studies of the genealogical structure, characteristics of growth and development for stud stock and young animals aged 4 years and over from different lines of the Ukrainian riding breed. Considered the compliance of the stud livestock to planned requirements and the minimum requirements for a class "elite" for the main measures (height at withers, chest girth and metacarpus) and the horse class criteria: origin, type, exterior, performance. It is proved that the population had a high degree of consolidation in the main features.
