At this point in time, the war in Ukraine has already caused significant damage to the environment, but given that it continues to cause destruction, it is impossible to accurately predict the further consequences of the war. At the same time, given the significant destruction and degradation of natural subsystems, an adequate assessment of the financial costs and the degree of destruction caused to various components of the environment is necessary
