Abstract:
Human civilisation is developing in a globalised and urbanised world in the context of the information society. Our State of Ukraine cannot stay away from these global processes, it has chosen as its development vector the direction towards the European community, European values, and also aims to become a state governed by the rule of law with a civil society, especially now during a full-scale invasion. These humanistic ideals force the state to create new conditions for the development of many aspects of public life, especially in the legal field of our country.
