СУЧАСНІ СТРАТЕГІЧНІ НАПРЯМИ ВДОСКОНАЛЕННЯ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЇ УПРАВЛІНСЬКОЇ ПРАЦІ НА АГРАРНИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВАХ

Abstract

У статті розроблено основні напрями удо- сконалення організації управлінської праці на аграрному підприємстві. Доведено, що для вдосконалення організації управлінської праці доцільно здійснювати аналіз витрат робочого часу управлінських працівників, застосовуючи при цьому такі методи, як: метод порівняння фактичних витрат робо- чого часу певного менеджера із середніми витратами робочого часу інших менеджерів того ж рівня; метод спрощених спостере- жень; метод хронометражу та інші. Вста- новлено, що для підвищення економічної ефективності досліджуваного аграрного підприємства було б доцільно: покращувати надання послуг із транспортування това- рів, продукції; впроваджувати нові форми організації праці; збільшувати вкладення в розвиток підприємства; вдосконалити сис- теми матеріального стимулювання праці. Запропоновано шляхи вдосконалення орга- нізації управлінської праці на аграрному під- приємстві, які мають стимулювати більш ефективну трудову діяльність управлін- ських працівників у сучасних економічних умовах, а відповідно – сприяти розвитку і покращенню фінансово-економічного стану підприємства.

The basic directions of improvement of the organization of managerial work at an agricultural enterprise are developed in the article. It is proved that in order to improve the organization of managerial work, it is advisable to analyze the working time of management employees, using such methods as: a method of comparing the actual working time of a certain manager with the average working time of other managers of the same level; method of simplified observations; timekeeping method, etc. It was found that in order to increase the economic efficiency of the agrarian enterprise under study, it would be advisable to: improve the provision of services in the transportation of goods and products; introduce new forms of work organization; increase investment in enterprise development. Ways to improve the organization of managerial work in agrarian enterprise are proposed, which should stimulate more efficient work activity of managerial workers in modern economic conditions, and accordingly – to promote the development and improvement of the financial and economic condition of the enterprise. The organization of managerial work, based on the use of the achievements of science and excellence, progressive forms of management and use of technical means, is considered scientific. Introduction of scientific organization of managerial work at the enterprise involves the solution of complex economic, social and psychophysiological problems. The basis of scientific organization of managerial work are such principles as: complexity, systematicity, specialization, regulation, stability, purposeful creativity, etc. Along with these principles, economic and social requirements such as time savings, motivation and division of labor should also be guided, to improve the systems of material incentives of agricultural enterprises. In order to increase the economic efficiency of the agrarian enterprise under study, it would be advisable to: improve the provision of services for the transportation of goods and products; introduce new forms of work organization; increase investment in enterprise development.
