можливість зосередитися на важливих моментах, подумати про розвиток і майбутнє бізнесу, інвестування, партнерство з
державою, нові напрями бізнесу, відпочинок, саморозвиток. Визначено, що власники підприємств мають вжити всіх заходів
для порятунку своєї фірми, розбивши свої дії на 10 основних етапів.

business, leisure, self-development. It is determined that business owners should take all measures to save their company, breaking their
actions into 10 main stages. Develop an anti-crisis strategy of the company or adjust the existing one taking into account the threats and
possible risks facing the company. Review the portfolio of orders and postpone long-term projects, the implementation of which leads to
a loss of profitability and unprofitability of the business. Analyze the profitability of remaining projects or planned tasks, dividing them
into priority and less unprofitable. Having decided to reduce the business, promptly carry out unpopular measures – reducing volumes,
suspending unprofitable projects, reducing staff. Companies involved in logistics and product delivery to customers should minimize contact and implement contactless delivery methods that are safe for both the consumer and the delivery employee. Owners of supermarkets,

out an inventory of the company's assets to obtain accurate data that will be needed in the development of possible models for further
development of the enterprise in the new conditions. Identify and use all hidden reserves of the company to facilitate the transition period.
