Legislative dimension of decentralization processes on the development of agricultural sector in Ukraine

Abstract

The agricultural sector is a special, specific branch of Ukrainian econ- omy because its development is directly related to the process of social re- production and the standard of living of people. Globalization processes intensification, focus on the European integration of Ukraine require com- mitment to the principles of sustainable development. Unlike many other spheres, the agricultural sector has a special status in the national econo- my, therefore, sustainability tendencies in its development will determine the general character of economic performance.
