dc.description.abstract | In modern conditions, instead of the concept of "personnel professionalism", the broader and more capacious concepts of "competence" are increasingly used. However, there are different approaches to their definition. Most scientists define the concept of "competence" as a set of knowledge and skills in a particular area of human activity. In this study, the concept of "competence" is considered as a set of knowledge and skills on General issues or issues of professional activity that are related to the qualification requirements for specialists in a particular field. Regarding the definition of "competence", there are several approaches in the scientific literature. In our opinion, it is broader than competence, because the latter is part of it as the ability of an individual to carry out effective professional activities, using knowledge and skills in practice. Competence includes not only knowledge and skills but also the system of value orientations, habits and the like, it is a manifestation of competence. | ru |
