У статтi визначається поняття мотивацiї з точки зору рiзних вчених, представлено огляд проблеми особливостей мотивацiї та аналiз провiдних мотивiв навчальної дiяльностi студентiв заочної форми навчання. Проаналізовано важливі аспекти пiдвищення внутрiшньої навчальної мотивацiї i ефективності всього процесу навчання.
