dc.description.abstract The article concludes that strengthening the role of English in the professional training and continuous development of public servants should become a strategic priority of public policy. The implementation of the English for Public Administration approach is identified as a promising direction, as it integrates language learning with the development of sector-specific competencies, including policy analysis, administrative writing, negotiation, and public communication. Enhancing English language proficiency among public servants is expected to contribute to stronger institutional capacity, successful implementation of European integration reforms, and overall improvement in the quality of public governance in Ukraine. ru
