Abstract

This article aims to review the methodology for conducting the Olympic Lesson and Olympic Week in an online format, as well as to present a step-by-step plan for implementing these activities. The expected outcomes of this methodology include the development and promotion of sports, increased interest in leading a healthy lifestyle, active recreation, and physical activity in modern conditions. Additionally, it aims to boost student participation at all levels in sports and fitness activities, focusing on promoting the Olympic Movement.
