dc.description.abstract Pedagogical training for educators involves not only mastering theoretical knowledge but also developing practical skills and effective communication abilities. Educators must be prepared to meet diverse needs of children, understanding specific characteristics and social contexts, and employing various teaching styles. Therefore, contemporary preparation of education professionals must encompass several crucial aspects. The first and fundamental one is a deep understanding of modern pedagogical theories. Educators must be well-versed in the latest achievements in the field of education and upbringing to apply innovative and effective approaches to facilitate learning. The second aspect involves a thorough knowledge of child and adolescent psychology. Understanding cognitive, emotional, and social development enables educators to adapt teaching methods according to the individual needs of each child. Another important aspect is proficiency in modern teaching tools and information technologies. The use of IT can significantly enhance the educational process for children and allows educators to diversify teaching methods. Continuous education is also a key element in professional preparation. Educators should be encouraged to pursue ongoing professional development throughout their careers by participating in seminars, conferences, and taking qualification enhancement courses. This ensures that they stay informed about new educational trends and continually refine their skills. ru
