Abstract:
Ukrainian farmers have been mastering the introduction and management of organic farming in their fields for more than a decade, using an environmentally safe method of food production. Farms that follow ecologically clean growing technologies choose natural fertilizers, such as compost, and other biological control methods in the fight against harmful organisms. They maintain the natural fertility of the soil by using mulch, carry out minimal tillage and introduce crop rotations, which include cultivated plants, which facilitate the preservation of soil fertility.
