Принципи та проєктні рішення формування рекреаційної зони в умовах міського середовища

Abstract

The basis for the transformation of ordinary urban areas into full-fledged, comfortable and aesthetically attractive recreational spaces that will meet the modern needs of the residents of southern Ukraine is the development of a complete system of improvement and landscaping of common areas. As a result of this study, characteristic signs of a shortage of qualitatively organized public spaces in the territory of the city of Mykolaiv were revealed, in particular, on the example of Admiralteyskyi Park. The unsatisfactory state of the infrastructure and the existing non-systemic landscaping make it impossible for the townspeople to have a full and comfortable rest. Therefore, a conceptual solution for the complex revitalization of recreation areas on the territory of the common use of the city of Mykolaiv was developed. The design envisages the unification of three multifunctional dominants: an elevated pavilion with a protective multi-layered canopy; covered architectural structure with different types of seats; fountain complex. The siting of said facilities will provide the necessary conditions to protect against some adverse climatic factors. In addition, the use of water bodies in the improvement of water bodies contributes to additional humidification of the air, which is relevant for an arid region. The assortment of plantings was selected according to their resistance to the local climate and compliance with the performance of the main functions, in particular decorative. The use of container landscaping with plantations of Hedera helix L., Pennisetum alopecuroides L. will allow effective use of the landscape space. Placing trees and shrubs with different crown shapes on the site (Albizia julibrissin Durazz., Salix alba L., Betula pendula Roth. 'Paper', Catalpa speciosa (Warder) Warder ex Engelm.; Koelreuteria paniculata Laxm.; Cupressus lawsoniana (A.Murray) Part. 'Columnaris'; Liriodendron tulipifera L.; Magnolia x soulangeana Soul.-Bod. 'Big Pink'; Cercis canadensis L. 'Forest Pansy'; Cotinus obovatus Raf. 'Grace') will significantly increase the aesthetic level of perception of both each individual object and the territory as a whole.
