| dc.description.abstract | Poland’s transformation of its public administration and management system during European integration is considered one of the most successful examples of institutional modernization in Central and Eastern Europe. The transition from a centralized socialist model to a democratic and decentralized governance system enabled Poland to adapt effectively to European Union standards and achieve significant socio-economic progress. This experience is especially relevant for Ukraine, which is currently implementing large-scale reforms in the context of European integration, wartime challenges, and post-war reconstruction. The Polish model demonstrates how reforms in public administration, local governance, financial management, and digitalization can strengthen state institutions and accelerate integration into the European political and economic space. | ru |
