Abstract:
У тезах досліджено сучасні підходи до мотивації персоналу в індустрії гостинності та туризмі в умовах трансформації сервісної економіки та зростання ролі клієнтського досвіду. Обґрунтовано необхідність переходу від традиційних фінансово-орієнтованих моделей мотивації до людиноцентричних підходів, що враховують емоційні, соціальні та професійні потреби працівників. Визначено основні проблеми мотивації персоналу у сфері гостинності та туризму, зокрема високу плинність кадрів, емоційне вигорання, недостатню персоналізацію мотиваційних програм та обмежене використання нематеріальних стимулів. Розглянуто сучасні інструменти мотивації, серед яких мікромотивація, цифрове визнання, емоційне лідерство, гейміфікація, гнучкі моделі зайнятості та розвиток персонального бренду працівника. Встановлено, що ефективна система мотивації сприяє підвищенню якості сервісу, рівня залученості персоналу та конкурентоспроможності підприємств індустрії гостинності та туризму.
The thesis examines modern approaches to employee motivation in the hospitality and tourism industry under the conditions of service economy transformation and the growing importance of customer experience. The study substantiates the need to shift from traditional financially oriented motivation models to human-centered approaches that take into account employees’ emotional, social, and professional needs. The main challenges of staff motivation in the hospitality and tourism sector are identified, including high employee turnover, emotional burnout, insufficient personalization of motivation programs, and limited use of non-financial incentives. Modern motivation tools are analyzed, such as micro-motivation, digital recognition, emotional leadership, gamification, flexible employment models, and personal brand development. It is determined that an effective motivation system contributes to improving service quality, employee engagement, and the competitiveness of hospitality and tourism enterprises.
