РЕПРЕЗЕНТАЦІЯ СПОРТИВНОЇ ТЕМАТИКИ У СУЧАСНОМУ СВІТОВОМУ ТА УКРАЇНСЬКОМУ КІНОМИСТЕЦТВІ

Abstract

The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the evolution and features of the representation of sports themes in modern world and Ukrainian cinema. It is substantiated that cinema is an important socio-cultural institution that forms value orientations, worldviews and behavioral models of viewers. It is established that sports cinema performs educational, motivational, identification and integration functions, transmitting socially approved norms - perseverance, responsibility, patriotism, team interaction and stress resistance. The current trends in world and Ukrainian film production are analyzed, in particular, the growth of the popularity of biographical dramas and feature sports films with a relative decrease in attention to the documentary format. It is determined that in the Ukrainian context, sports cinema increasingly performs the function of forming national identity, preserving historical memory and representing the ideas of invincibility and resilience in the face of modern social challenges. It is concluded that sports themes are universal and socially significant for cinema, combining high emotional potential, cultural symbolism and economic attractiveness, which ensures its stable relevance in the world and Ukrainian cinema.
