Abstract

The relevance of the study lies in the growing popularity of children's climbing within physical education systems and school projects in many countries around the world, including Ukraine. Modern educational approaches emphasize the importance of increasing physical activity among children and developing their motor abilities through innovative forms of movement. The purpose of the study was to conduct an analytical review of the necessity of using climbing wall simulators that imitate natural rock relief in the physical training of preschool and primary school children. Scientific studies indicate that climbing has a positive impact on the development of coordination, strength, balance, and both fine and gross motor skills. The study also presents practical recommendations and exercises for climbing activities adapted to different age groups of children. In conclusion, climbing can be considered an effective and перспективний means of improving children's physical development, increasing their motivation for physical activity, and integrating innovative approaches into modern physical education systems.
