dc.description.abstract The article substantiates the need to develop a digital platform for real-time water quality monitoring and decision support in the field of water use under conditions of increased anthropogenic pressure on aquatic ecosystems. The study focuses on the hydrochemical situation in the Inhulets River basin, which is significantly affected by mine water and industrial discharges, resulting in exceedances of regulatory limits for chlorides, sulfates, electrical conductivity, and total mineralization. The proposed concept of the digital platform is based on the integration of multi-source data, automated processing, predictive analysis, and adaptive communication with end users. The platform architecture includes four functional modules: data collection from automated hydrological stations, satellite remote sensing, laboratory observations, and meteorological stations; an analytical module for assessing threshold exceedances and pollution trends; a forecasting module that considers physico-hydrological parameters of the river; and a notification system that provides geo-targeted alerts and practical recommendations for water users. The proposed solution integrates state monitoring data with local-level decision-making and creates a foundation for adaptive irrigation management. The platform is scalable and can be adapted to other river basins experiencing unstable water quality due to anthropogenic impacts. ru
