Abstract:
The proposed study guide are containing general provisions of a typical
strategy for a hospitality establishment in the field of waste management (on the
example of Ukraine) (ZERO WASTE&CLIMATE-FRIENDLY HORECA).
This study guide can be used by students of various specialties to prepare for
seminars and practical classes; for writing essays, course projects and theses.
