dc.description.abstract Based on the review of nanotechnology applications in sustainable aquaculture, several key recommendations can be made to guide future research, policy, and practical implementation.- Promote Eco-Friendly Nanomaterials Researchers should focus on developing biodegradable and non-toxic nanomaterials, such as chitosan, alginate, or plant-based nanoparticles, to minimize ecological and human health risks. These materials can be safely applied in feed supplementation, vaccine delivery, and water treatment.-Conduct Comprehensive Safety Assessments. Long-term studies on nanoparticle bioaccumulation, ecotoxicity, and human food safety are essential before large-scale applications. Risk assessments should include chronic exposure, interactions with multiple environmental factors, and potential cumulative effects in aquatic ecosystems -Facilitate Interdisciplinary Research Nanotechnology in aquaculture requires expertise across materials science, fish physiology, microbiology, and engineering. Collaborative projects and international partnerships should be encouraged to accelerate innovation and ensure comprehensive evaluation of applications. ru
