Abstract:
Given the turbulence of the global economy, growing geopolitical ten sions, digital transformation and the formation of the Society 5.0 concept, eco nomic security issues are paramount. This issue is especially relevant for the
agricultural sector, which is strategically vital for food security and socio-eco nomic stability. While playing a key role in employing the rural population,
preserving rural areas, and producing a significant share of agricultural prod ucts, small agribusinesses are also the most vulnerable to external and internal
economic, social, technological, and environmental challenges. Under these
conditions, the adequate economic security of small agricultural enterprises re quires the search for innovative approaches and tools, among which agricultural
extension services play a unique role.
